We can provide staff at short notice and have 24/7 out of hours on call, and we aim to provide the same individuals to ensure continuity of care and a good rapport with clients which is central to everything we do.
We have in place a Compliance software used to ensure all checks have been carried out and are satisfactory. We employ staff that adhere to our company ethos which is why we have low absence rates.
All our staff have relevant experiences, qualifications or working towards (NVQ2, NVQ3 NVQ5) and mandatory training and are trained to at least a minimum mandatory standard to further ensure they are adept to meeting the service users’ individual needs.>
